DED(2021-12-27): Outside Temperature spiky/ possibly malfunctioning

FRN(2021-12-27): FRN outside temperature probe down.

HON(2021-12-27): HON down. No data.

GUA(2021-12-27): GUA down, no data

Dst(2021-12-27): Dst-3 no data due to HON and GUA down.
