The following issues were noted earlier today:

BOU E-Field(2020-09-15): OK

NEW(2020-09-14): Large disturbance and offset on H,E,Z from 20:30 - 21:15 UT. F and deltaF still down.

TUC(2020-09-15): Spike on F and deltaF at 08:49 UT

SJG(2020-09-15): SJG down due to data handling issues.

GUA(2020-09-14): disturbance from 22:57 - 23:24 UT

Dst(2020-09-15): USGS DST-3, DST and SJG down due to SJG data handling problem.
Dst(2020-09-15): HER Dist gap from 05:48 - 08:11 UT

Dist(2020-09-14): NEW disturbance and offset from 20:30 - 21:10 UT
Dist(2020-09-15): SJG down
