The following issues were noted earlier today:

BOU E-Field(2020-10-27): OK

BRW(2020-10-27): There is a spike in E at 08:12, resulting in a Delta F spike.

DED(2020-10-27): There is a disturbance in E, 08:40 to 08:48, that is also present in Delta F.

GUA(2020-10-27): No Data present. Possible networking problem.

NEW(2020-10-26): Networking restored at 17:22.  Thanks Ted.


Dist(2020-10-27): Deadhorse, Newport, and Guam are blank

Dst(2020-10-27): Dst-3 is blank
