BRW(2020-10-22): Data issues due to possible internet issues.

SHU(2020-10-22): Intermittent data due to power/internet issues.

GUA(2020-10-22): Down due to networking issues.

Dist(2020-10-22): BRW Dist down from internet issues, SHU Dist down due to power/internet issues, GUA Dist down due to internet issues.

Dst(2020-10-22): USGS DST-3 and GUA DST down, USGS DST and KAK DST data gaps from 07:30 - 11:10 UT
