BOU E-Field(2020-10-07): Down due to power issues.

BSL(2020-10-06): Gap in ALL 2105-2107.
BSL(2020-10-07): Gap in ALL 0918-0921.

GUA(2020-10-06): Large disturbances in ALL due to construction 2141-2359.
GUA(2020-10-07): Large disturbances in ALL due to construction 0000-0600.

Dst(2020-10-06): Disturbances in USGS and GUA 2141-2359.
Dst(2020-10-07): Disturbances in USGS and GUA 0000-0600.

Dist(2020-10-06): Gap in BSL as noted above. Disturbances at GUA as noted above.
Dist(2020-10-07): Gap in BSL as noted above. Disturbances at GUA as noted above.
