The following issues were noted earlier today:

BOU E-Field: Ok

SHU: Offsets at 0115, 0812,  and 1627.

FRN: Spikes in F at 1721 and 1727

CMO: Low frequency variations continue

DST Index: Gap in USGS and KAK from 0000-0006
