The following issues were noted earlier today:

*Boulder E-Field* - (9/25/2019): OK

*Barrow* - (9/25/2019): Offline since 08:17.  We are receiving data via
GOES.  According to Bryan the entire town's internet is down.

*Deadhorse* - (9/25/2019): F and Delta F spike at 13:46:37

*Fredericksburg* - (9/25/2019): Artificial Disturbance 15:24 to 15:50,
probably due to grounds work.  No GOES transmissions

*Fresno* - (9/25/2019): F and Delta F spikes at 08:58 and 09:08

*Honolulu* - (9/25/2019): No GOES transmissions

*Newport* - (9/25/2019): No GOES transmissions

*San Juan* - (9/24/2019): F and Delta F spike at 19:29
*San Juan* - (9/25/2019): No GOES transmissions

*Tucson* - (9/25/2019): Intermittent F and Delta F spikes 03:00 to 11:05.
Probably due to thunderstorms

*SV* - (9/25/2019): None
