No GOES transmissions from CMO, SIT, TUC, NEW, BOU

BOU BDT - (5/21/2019): No data after 0805. There are drops in temp at the
same time, seems like there was a power outage.
E-Field - (5/21/2019): No data, most likely from a power outage.

NEW - (5/21/2019): No GOES, display computer is offline. I'll ask Ted if he
can have a look.

FRD - (5/20/2019): Disturbance between 2050 -2130, from grounds
maintenance/mowing.

TUC - (5/20/2019): Spikes in F 1901, 2027

Dist - (5/21/2019): BOU gap, GUA no data
SQ - (5/21/2019): Ok
SV - (5/21/2019): GUA no data

Dst - (5/21/2019): Ok
