The following issues were noted this morning:

There was a brief but intense storm or sub-storm overnight.  It appears to
be subsiding at this time.

No GOES transmissions from CMO, SIT, SJG, TUC

*Boulder E-Field* - (5/14/2019): OK

*Barrow* - (5/14/2019): Spike in E at 04:56

*Deadhorse* - (5/14/2019): Z spike at 04:18 and an F spike at 15:32

*Guam* - (5/14/2019): No Internet, still being worked on.  All derived
products are off-line

*Sitka* - (5/14/2019): Probable H bin change 06:12 to 07:30.  There was a
power interruption at 14:54.

*Dist* - (5/14/2019): Dropouts for Tucson

*SQ* - (5/14/2019): None

*SV* - (5/14/2019): None

*Dst* - (5/14/2019): None
