[Geomag-daily] Boulder Update

While at Boulder Observatory, I was able to see that the data collection
systems are running.  This afternoon there was no connection from the
observatory to the world, hence the data feed is down.  We are waiting word
to see if the problem is localized to our building or the entire site.
