The following issues were noted this morning:

Boulder E-Field - (1/31/2019): OK

*College* - (1/31/2019): Delta F spike at 15:28 probably due to a bin
change in Z

*Honolulu* - (1/31/2019): More GPS dropout related spikes in Delta F

*San Juan* - (1/30/2019): Disturbance 15:33 and 17:31-48.  Possible grounds
maintenance.  Fluxgate disturbance about 20:14.

*Stennis Test* - (1/31/2019): Problem with the Z data.  Perhaps the ObsRio
system needs a reset.

*Tucson* - (1/31/2019): F and Delta F spike at 18:10

*Dist* - (1/31/2019): None

*SQ* - (1/31/2019): None

*SV* - (1/31/2019): None

*Dst* - (1/31/2019): None
