The following issues were noted this morning:

*Boulder E-Field* - (2/22/2019): Still Down.  The OBSRio is being brought
back to the office.

*Honolulu* - (2/21/2019): Spike at 21:30 due to GPS dropout.
*Honolulu* - (2/22/2019): Had to reset clock in Microcomm, but may be
working

*Fresno* - (2/22/2019): F and Delta F spike at 17:33.  Looks like we have
heat again.

*Guam* - (2/22/2019): Still down. New router to be sent out yesterday.

*Stennis* - (2/22/2019): No GOES, waiting to speak with Taylor

*Dist* - (2/22/2019): None

*SQ* - (2/22/2019): None

*SV* - (2/22/2019): None

*Dst* - (2/22/2019): None
