The following issues were noted this morning:

*Boulder* - (4/2/2019): No GOES

*Boulder E-Field* - (4/2/2019): OK

*College* - (4/2/2019): F and Delta F spikes at 02:27 and 03:36

*Guam* - (4/2/2019): Internet down.  Abe is still working on this

*San Juan* - (4/2/2019): Disturbances starting at 10:35.  Looks
artificial.  No GOES

*Tucson* - (4/2/2019): Connection problems due to cradlepoint system.  GPS
Clock replacement will occur later this morning.

*Dist* - (4/2/2019): Ok

*SQ* - (4/2/2019): Ok

*SV* - (4/2/2019): OK

*Dst* - (4/2/2019): Some of the SJG disturbances are seen in Dst3.
