The following issues were noted this morning:


*BOU* - (9/13/2018): No GOES transmissions.  Display PC on TDY

*BRW* - (9/13/2018): No GOES

*BSL* - (9/13/2018): Disturbance 12:40 to 12:54 all components

*FRD* - (9/12/2018): F spike at 9:17, Lawn mowing 20:42 to 21:19

*Guam* - According to Kat power is still being restored to the island.
There may be a few more power interruptions and network outages while power
is being restored.

*NEW* - (9/12/2018): Disturbance due to clock change 20:49 to 21:15
*NEW* - (9/13/2018): No GOES Transmissions, Abe and John are working on
this.

*SHU* - (9/13/2018): No GOES

*Dist* - (9/13/2018): Restored at 03:03

*Dst *- (9/13/2018): No Dst at all
