*Barrow* - (10/31/2018): Outage 17:22 to 17:43

*Stennis* - (10/31/2018): F and Delta F spike at 19:15

*Honolulu* - (10/30/2018): Spike at 20:42 followed by outage 20:49 to 02:04
due to GPS clock change.
***** - (10/31/2018): Multiple dropouts possibly related to the new clock.

*Shumagin* - (10/31/2018): Intermittent GOES

*Dist* - (10/31/2018): Dropouts at Shumagin, Tucson, Stennis, and Honolulu

*SQ* - (10/31/2018): Dropouts at Shumagin, Tucson, Stennis, and Honolulu

*SV* - (10/31/2018): Dropouts at Shumagin, Tucson, Stennis, and Honolulu

*Dst* - (10/31/2018): Honolulu gap and usual 0 UT gap from Kakioka.
