The following issues were noted this morning:

*Boulder E-Field* - (10/30/2018): OK

*Deadhorse* - (10/30/2018): F spike at 01:55:13

*Fredericksburg* - (10/30/2018): Delta F offset 05:24 to 08:43

*Guam* - (10/30/2018): Data flow restored at 00:03 today.  Not sure if Kat
had anything to do with this but thank you for visiting the observatory.

*Shumagin* - (10/30/2018): No GOES

*Dist* - (10/30/2018): Shumagin does not look correct

*SQ* - (10/30/2018): Shumagin does not look correct

*SV* - (10/30/2018): Shumagin does not look correct

*Dst* - (10/30/2018): Offset and spike around 0UT in Dst3
