[Geomag-daily] Artificial Disturbance at Boulder

All,
In the next hour or so, expect an Artificial Disturbance a the Boulder
Observatory.  This will impact all magnetometers on both the BOU and BDT
acquisition systems.

The disturbance will be cause by Mark Nelson and company doing a condition
assessment.
