[Geomag-daily] Deadhorse Disturbance

There will be a disturbance and disruption of the data flow at Deadhores
Observatory between 0:00 and 02:00 UT 11/06/18.  The system will be briefly
shut down while upgrades are made to the hardware.  The disruption should
last about an hour.
