The following issues were noted this morning:

*Barrow* - (11/1/2018): All indoor temperatures bumped up a little after
yesterdays interruption

*Boulder E-Field* - (11/1/2018): OK

*College* - (11/1/2018): Delta F spike at 09:22 probably due to a Z bin
change

*Deadhorse* - (10/31/2018): No data since 22:28.  Probable network outage.
Ed has contacted Schlumberger.
***** - (11/1/2018): No data

*Deadhorse Test* - (10/31/2018): No data since 22:28
***** - (11/1/2018): No data

*Honolulu* - (11/1/2018): More dropouts.  Delta F spikes are present at the
end of each dropout.

*Stennis* - (11/1/2018): H offset 10:00 UT.  Andrea will check the site
Friday when she does absolutes.  GOES transmission stopped overnight and
were restarted this morning.

*Dist* - (11/1/2018): Nothing current from DED. Shumagin is still looking
wrong.  Gaps in TUC, BSL, and HON.  Offset in San Juan

*SQ* - (11/1/2018): Nothing current from DED. Shumagin still wrong. Offset
in SJG

*SV* - (11/1/2018): Nothing current from DED.  Shumagin still has
problems.  Offset in SJG.

*Dst* - (11/1/2018): Usual 0 UT gap due to Kakioka
