San Juan -  Disturbance between 1745 - 1810 3/26.

Boulder - GOES and Display back up again. Ed found that the network cable
to the Display computer has a loose connection, and if bumped, can
disconnect easily.
E Field - Ok

Dist - SJG disturbance
SQ - Ok
SV - Ok

Dst - SJG disturbance
