BRT - Planned data outage beginning 1947 3/15. From Brendan:  "I will be
updating and re-writing the code for the BRT ObsRIO system later today.
This will be for testing so it may be down for a few days."

College - Spikes in all components at 1558 3/15, 0407 0831 0840 3/16.

Newport - There was a 3% gap in GOES data the last 24 hours.

Tucson - There were internet outages 0534 - 0634 3/16.

Dist - TUC gap 0534-0634 3/16
SQ -  TUC gap 0536-0634 3/16
SV -  TUC gap 0536-0634 3/16

Dst - Ok
