 All,
The following discrepancies were noted this day:


*Fresno.  There was a calibration adjustment made at 1814 UT, on 2/28/18
(YD 059).  The adjustment was in the Z component, and caused ~+0.7 nT
offset in the Z plot, and ~+0.5 nT offset in the Del F plot. *

*Honolulu.  There were Artificial Disturbances from 2100 through 2124 UT,
on 2/28/18 (YD 059), and from 0000 through 0045 UT, on 3/1/18 (YD 060).
These disturbances were caused by cleaning operations in the
Variations Building. *

*Guam.  Following a power interruption, data transmission resumed at  2106
UT, on 2/28/18 (YD 059).   *

*Dist, SQ and SV.  Because of an internet outage, the Dist, SQ and SV
plots for Guam are absent until 0424 UT, on 3/1/18 (YD 060) *


*Boulder E-Field.  None*

*DST.  In the Dst3-USGS plot, there is ~+4.4 nT offset at 0506 UT, on
3/1/18 (YD 060).  There is the daily offset in the USGS Dst-1min plot
resulting from the corresponding data gap in the plot for Kakioka at around
the end/start of each day.*
