The following issues were noted this morning:

Most observatories experienced a network transmission loss during the last
6 hours. The duration varies but has also affected all of the data
products for that time period. When the observatories were checked via Web
Display there was no loss of data.

*Barrow* - No F data since 10:41 06/16. The electronics is not working
properly. A replacement electronics unit is on its way.

*Boulder* - There are F and Delta F spikes at 17:58, 18:12, 18:19, and
18:49 yesterday.

*Fredericksburg* - There was a disturbance yesterday, 19:53 to 21:38,
corresponding to a thunderstorm yesterday. There is also a 10 minute
offset in Delta F at 17:17 today, that does not correlate with any of the
other components.

*Fresno* - It looks like there was a brief power outage yesterday, 21:44 to
22:14. This did result in a dip in F and produced a spike when the power
came back.

*Guam *- There was a disturbance yesterday 23:55 to 00:07 due to grounds
maintenance.

*San Juan* - There is a F and Delta F spike at 23:30.

*Tucson* - There is a F and Delta F spike at 04:59 today.

*ObsRIO Systems* - None.

*Boulder E-Field* - None

*Dst* - There is the usual 0 UT spike, in the 1-minute Dst due to a Kakioka
gap at that time.

*Dist, SQ, SV* - Barrow is missing, see above.
