The following issues were noted this morning:

*Boulder E-Field* - (12/17/2018): OK

*Deadhorse* - (12/16/2018): There are Delta F offsets about 18:00 that
correspond with some odd temperature variations

*Deadhorse Test* - (12/17/2018): Still Down

*Stennis* - (12/17/2018): No GOES transmissions.

*Dst* - (12/16/2018):  No Kakioka data since 22:10
*Dst* - (12/17/2018): Still no Kakioka data
