[Geomag-daily] Downtime of BRT and CMT Observatories

Both the BRT and CMT ObsRIOs have been successfully updated.

BRT was down intermittently from 2018-08-01 16:19:29 to 2018-08-02 00:58:20
CMT was down from 2018-08-02 15:43:41 to 2018-08-02 16:04:40.
