[Geomag-daily] Offset at Boulder.

All,
In addition to the door problem, I removed a Home Depot plastic bucket,
WITH A STEEL HANDLE,  on the South end of the Variations Building.

This is probably what caused the artificial disturbance and offset from
1412 through 1426 UT, on 4/16/18 (YD 106).
