[External-Research-Support] Delay in Funding Decisions for 2014 Proposals submitted to the Earthquake Hazards Program

We regret that our initial funding decisions have been delayed due to
uncertainty about our FY2014 funding level and due to the federal
government shutdown in October.

We plan to send funding decision letters within approximately 2 weeks, via
mail.
