In an effort to organize our thoughts a bit more, I've aggregated your comments, and added some of my own to a Google Wave.<div><br></div><div>For those who already had a wave account of which I was aware, I've already added you to the wave. If you do not have a wave account and would like to stay updated and/or contribute to the discussion, you can create an account by visiting, <a href="http://wave.google.com/">http://wave.google.com/</a> . Send me your Google Wave account username and I'll add you to the wave. If you do not have any desire to use Google Wave, I have also linked a Google Doc to the conversation. The document will stay updated with the wave, but it is read-only so if you wish to contribute to the discussion please consider getting a Google Wave account. If you really don't want to learn Google Wave (it's easy, really), and you really don't want to view a Google Document, and you really really want to contribute your thoughts, feel free to email them to me. The very very real downside to emailing me to act as your proxy are as follows:</div><div><br></div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>1) I will interpret what you say to me and edit the wave as I feel best appropriate. While not intentionally malicious, I may get your thought jumbled in the process.</div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>2) My email is very very busy. I may not add your thoughts until much later or at all. Again, this is not malicious but just a side-effect of emails getting buried in my inbox in a matter of minutes.</div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>3) As a side-effect of (1) and (2), comments entered by-proxy are considered less important and given lesser weight.</div><div><br></div><div>Furthermore, if you email comments or questions to me to add to the wave by-proxy, do not expect an email response. I will add the comment/question to the wave and respond in the wave. Google wave is a powerful collaboration tool, much more so than email.</div><div><br></div><div>Finally, when modifying the wave, please take the time to read the, "How to use this wave" section. This explains how the wave is set up and will keep the wave organized.
