out, but if I were a user from somewhere besides California, I might be
a little unsure of why that box is highlighted. Maybe we could do a tooltip
that says something to the effect of &quot;Zoom to California region&quot;
when the user mouses over the box? We use nicetitle tooltips for the 10
degree and 2 degree maps, so maybe that would work here too?</font>

We've received some feedback on how to improve access to California/ <br>
Nevada pages for users from California/Nevada. &nbsp;The idea of adding
a &nbsp;<br>
border around the region on the U.S. map is still the simplest &nbsp;<br>
solution we've heard for the short term (besides doing nothing). &nbsp;One
&nbsp;<br>
issue with the initial example was the border being too fuzzy. &nbsp;I
&nbsp;<br>
cleaned up the border, so it is similar to other regions, and have an &nbsp;<br>
example with image map in place on ehpdevel.<br>
