Unfortunately, ITSOT probably wont be able to do anything until tomorrow
unless it's an emergency. Can IRIS send messages to the other hubs?

QDDS hub since 07:35UTC on Sunday August 10. the qdds2.er.usgs.gov QDDS
hub is reporting that it's alive, but isn't distributing earthquake information,
which suggests that it isn't getting any. Smells like a firewall problem?
I will attempt to call some folks at home.</font>
