The php.ini file has an option called &quot;auto_prepend_file&quot; that
is &nbsp;<br>
&quot;include_once&quot;'d when the PHP parser starts up (before any page

runs). &nbsp;I checked and the php.ini file at:<br>
 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;
/usr/local/apache/conf/php.ini<br>

still has the proper include file (functions.inc.php) listed, but it &nbsp;<br>
does in fact seem like the file is not being included. &nbsp;I restarted
&nbsp;<br>
apache with no change. &nbsp;I'm not sure if some one else has recently
&nbsp;<br>
modified the apache or php configuration on the servers, but that may &nbsp;<br>
be the problem.<br>

I'm hoping some one knows something because I otherwise don't know &nbsp;<br>
what is going on.<br>
