[ANSS-netops] RTPD failure at change of year

Dear ANSS NetOps colleagues:

Our Reftek RTPD archiver hung at the change of UTC year today.  It required
a manual restart to get it working again.  The software version is 4.1.16.1.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
