[ANSS-netops] 21 used and untested FBA-23s available

NCSN has 21 FBA-series accelerometers available to transfer or
long-term-loan.
These units are available AS-IS and are used and untested.
They are all in an unknown state of functionality.

Total count: 21 FBA's
14 have a large threaded connector
7 have a bayonet connector

Some sensor cables are available but they connect to various obsolete
digitizers.
