[ANSS-netops] Q330 behind cell modem

Dave hope able to get system functioning with Doug's and Chris' input but
an offshoot question if I may:
Will similar application for IPSEC VPN Tunneling implementation and support
of webpage configuration apply to use of an Obsidian with RV50 modem?
