[ANSS-netops] trillium and rt-130

Mitch,
We have done this w/ STS-2 and RT-130.  It's really not a problem - just means 
you lose the top 1/2 of the seismometer amplitude response.  If you have a 
strong-motions sensor on-site you won't really lose anything.
