[ANSS-netops] low power ethernet media converter

Hi

We have been using products from Garrettcom, Automation Direct and BB
Electronics. They consume a little bit more power but has good reliability.
You can plug these devices direct to your DC (8 - 15Volts) input or AC. All
those companies I believe could have that converter.
